Huihui Dict Terms of Service
These terms apply to the Huihui Dict app and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Huihui Dict provides Japanese-learning tools including dictionary search, vocabulary and grammar study, review scheduling, reading, shadowing, favorites, reminders, offline caches, and progress synchronization. Feature availability may depend on membership status.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate information. Do not access another user's account or data, bypass membership or security controls, overload or disrupt the service, upload unlawful material, or bulk-extract and resell content.
3. Your content
You retain rights you hold in feedback and other content you submit. You permit us to process it only as needed to operate, secure, synchronize, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual property and third parties
The app, interface, brand, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party dictionary content, authentication, hosting, distribution, audio, images, and links remain subject to their owners' rights and terms.
5. Memberships, charges, and refunds
Where paid membership is offered, the purchase screen controls the price, billing period, benefits, renewal, and trial terms. App-store or payment-provider terms also apply. Except where law or platform rules require otherwise, charges for a period already provided are non-refundable.
6. Availability and disclaimer
Features may vary by device, region, operating system, or sign-in state. We may change or suspend parts of the service for maintenance, security, connectivity, legal, or third-party reasons. Huihui Dict is provided as a learning aid, not professional advice or a guarantee of learning outcomes.
7. Account termination and changes
We may restrict access for unlawful use or material violations of these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Material changes to these terms will be communicated by a reasonable method.
